University Assignment
This assignment required us to create and design an original typeface in response to a set brief/theme. I chose the brief of 'home' and developed a typeface called 'Wonky Frames' that reflected the wonky frames found on the walls of family homes.
The assignment required us to produce a font file, promotional images of the font (1 image and 1 poster) and a process video. The full process of this assessment piece can be viewed on Behance.

The font face was created for the brief 'Home'. Therefore, it was important that the poster and image reflected the themes of the design.
Staircases are often a central area of a home - 'sanctuary' a way to describe a home.
The different lengths of the ascenders and descenders was a unique aspect of the fonts design and was also reflected in both the image and the poster.
