I have been with TechnologyOne since 2016. I was with the User Experience team for three years and then transitioned into the Evangelist team for my final year of studies. In 2020 I started working as a Business Analyst full-time as a part of the Graduate program. I am now working as a Business Analyst as part of the Practice Management team.
Being a part of the Research and Development team at TechnologyOne has allowed me to explore the many different areas of enterprise software. I have been involved with company internal and external events, software projects, video production, customer interviews and more. I am really excited to be starting my career in such a fast-paced and supportive company.
User Experience Process
During my time with the User Experience (UX) team I was asked to create a diagram that showed the teams process from research to measure. The diagram went through multiple design iterations before the final (see left).
The diagram was then posted on company information sites to share with other teams.

R&D Evangelists
From 2019 onwards I was working with the R&D Evangelist team at TechnologyOne to further my experience in the company and acquire new skills. As a part of this team, I:

Filmed and edited internal videos about the different roles in the company that are released weekly.

Organised fortnightly "R&D Showcases" to share new software features with the rest of the company.

Organised fortnightly "R&D Showcase in Practice" to allow people in the business to experience the new software for themselves.

Helped organise software releases and Demos for other parts of the business (e.g. Sales, Consulting etc.).

Edited other company videos such as "Engineering Forums" and make them available to the rest of the company.

Organised internal and external events such as Big Day in Jnr, The Big Game (UQ vs QUT), TechOne Hack Day and STEAM Lab.
